The residence consists of twelve, one and two bedroom apartments, one four bedroom apartment and two double rooms spread over three levels. The houses are innovative from the constructive point of view and are individually and tastefully furnished. All rooms have internet access and TV and most of them have air conditioning and heating. The apartment on the ground floor –126 sqm – has four large rooms, including a spacious dining room which can accommodate up to 11 people. In the garden and our 70m2 pool (200 m2) which is furnished and equipped for barbecue, you’ll find shady and inviting spots where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation. During the summer you can rent the apartment for your holidays: the ‘Rifufio’ is located ca. 1,5 kilometers from the beautiful beach of Orosei (also accessible through a large bicycle path) and is located at the foot of the picturesque old town with plenty of restaurants and pizzerias and small shops. The Residence, by car, is just five minutes away from the Chilivri campsite and Prayer Mountain and so it is an excellent accommodation for those who want to relax on the mountain.
During the winter months, the Rifugio houses become a gathering place for meetings, conferences and seminars.
